Yesterday was a pretty cool day.

Started off by going to school to collect my SGC. Nothing much there except the actualisation of my presence being too frequent. Or so it seems.

Then lunch at Macs where I somehow seemed to have been eating at an excruciatingly slow speed.

Took a bus down to Downtown East. Long bus ride -- possibly something I'll have to get used to soon. Played Bishi Bashi with Mich and Leslie where I only had to continue once. :D Bishi Bashi ftw!

Then wanted to bus to Changi but I couldn't figure out how. So cabbed there instead and, unfortunately, wasted a considerable sum of money.

Gave my parents a surprise and it was a happy thing to do; seeing how they were pleasantly surprised.

Went home for a bit then out again to Far East Plaza. Walked around looking for people, then finally camped outside Joey's workplace to wait for her. Played around two rounds of Shoot, Shag, Marry. Was fun.

Then to skate park for a while, took a couple of photos.

Crazy idea of going for ice cream so we went about trying to find ice cream.
During this time it felt like a pretty new experience. The idea of actually missing the last bus and having virtually no transport home was so real. And the only two prevailing options would be either to walk home, or to get a cab. The former would probably take just about forever, while the latter would be an expensive choice for there were midnight charges to be worried about.

Yeah. I was running the options through my mind, and decided that I would probably catch a random bus that goes nearest home, then walk the rest of the way. At least, that or the costly taxi.

So we finally found Macs over at Lucky Plaza. The one we went to before that ran out of ice cream.

Thankfully, I checked out the bus stop at Lucky Plaza and I still had about 12 minutes to the next (and seemingly last) bus.

So I bought a vanilla milkshake and went off. :D

Ben was trying to creep me out by telling me about ladies in full red/white and I could have died scaring myself.

But anyway I reached home in one piece, showered, waited for my hair to dry, then slept at the ungodly hour of 3am.
